About Me

I am an interventional radiologist, a doctor who uses imaging tools, such as ultrasound, X-ray, and computed tomography (CT), to perform minimally invasive procedures. Imaging guidance allows interventional radiologists like me to reduce damage to normal tissue by using instruments tiny enough to fit through a small puncture (hole) made with a needle. This allows most patients to go home the same day of their procedure.
At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), I work with surgeons, oncologists, gastroenterologists, and radiation oncologists to provide the best treatment options for patients with many different types of cancer. Improving the quality of life of my patients and their families is important to me. The procedures that I perform are aimed at easing the effects of cancer, as well as cancer-related complications.
